Refund Policy

At Elite Shiners, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing and development services to all our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Elite Shiners for services including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • App Development
  • Website Design & Development
  • PPC Management
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Marketing

are considered final and non-refundable once the project has commenced or any work has been initiated.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a project has not yet been started within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • If Elite Shiners is unable to initiate the agreed service due to internal limitations.
  • If a duplicate payment has been made by the client in error.

Approved refunds will be processed after reviewing the request and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delay caused by lack of client communication or required materials
  • Completed or partially completed work
  • Monthly SEO, PPC, or Social Media Marketing services already in progress
  • Domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, software licenses, or paid advertising budgets

4. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • Charges will apply for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Any advance payment made will not be refunded once the design, development, or marketing process has started.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension or termination of ongoing services.
