15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the cleaning service provided, you may request a refund or re-clean within 15 days of the service date. To be eligible:
- The concern must be reported within 15 calendar days of the service.
- You must provide specific feedback regarding the issue (e.g., areas missed or not cleaned to expectation).
- The service in question must have been completed in accordance with the original booking.

Refund or Re-Clean Process
- If your claim is approved, you will be offered the option of a free re-clean or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Limitations
- Requests made after the 15-day window will not be eligible.
- Refunds will not be issued for services where the customer was not present at the time of cleaning unless prior arrangements were made.
- Excessive wear, damage, or pre-existing conditions are not covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
