2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
  • We strive to arrive on time; however, delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen events.
  • Customers must ensure property access is granted at the scheduled time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in a loss of service priority.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Service costs will be quoted in advance based on property size, service type, and frequency.
  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or secure third-party processors.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra tasks not included in the original quote.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate information about the property and cleaning needs.
  • Access to water, electricity, and safe working conditions must be provided.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to secure valuables, fragile items, and pets during service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make every effort to correct the issue promptly at no extra charge.

7. Damage & Liability

  • While we take great care during service, Elite Shine LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, unsecured items, or wear-and-tear of surfaces.
  • Any reported damage will be assessed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
  • We are fully insured for liability and property protection.

8. Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold or shared without your consent.

9. Termination of Service

Elite Shine LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion in cases of unsafe conditions, harassment, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kent County, Michigan.
